The residential complex is located on the first line of the sea in the popular Bulgarian town of Nessebar, in the central part of the resort, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. The complex is adjacent to a magnificent park and beautiful beaches. 

The apartment overlooks the sea and is on the 6th floor.
